Food: 3 times hot meals B,L,D. On the trek lunch is served as picnic
Requirements: this trekking requires special physical preparation and the tourist should be prepared to field conditions and weather adversity.

- Day 06: Kvach Spring 3600m – Chashin Lake 4200m, Trekking time 4-5hrs, 6km
- Day 07: Chashin Lake 4200m – Zaroshkkul Lake 4581m, Trekking time, 6-7hrs, 10km
- Day 08: Zaroshikkul Lake 4581m – Kulen Lake 4300m, Trekking time 6-7hrs, 16km
- Day 09: Kulen Lake 4300m – Zaurbek Pasture 4000m – Yechkul Lake 4300m, Trekking time 5-6hrs, 10km
- Day 10: Yechkul Lake 4300m – Fork of Pass Langar 4629m – Chapdarkul Lake 4529m, Trekking time 4-5hrs, 10km
