• Day 02: Dushanbe–Kalai Khumb 1850m, driving time 7-8 hrs, 370 km
• Day 03: Kalai Khumb–Khorog 2000m, driving time 5-6 hrs, 240km
• Day 04: Khorog–Bachor 3320m, driving time 3-4 hrs, 120km
• Day 05: Bachor–Kavch 3600m, trekking time 5-6 hrs, 10km
• Day 06: Kavch Spring–Chashin Lake 4200m, trekking time 4-5 hrs, 6km
• Day 07: Chashin Lake–Zaroshkkul Lake 4581m, trekking time 6-7 hrs, 10km
• Day 08: Zaroshkkul lake 4581m–Kulen Lake 4300m, trekking time 6-7 hrs, 16km,
• Day 09: Kulen Lake 4300 m–Zaurbek 4000m–Yechkul Lake 4300m, trekking time 5-6 hrs, 10km
• Day 10: Yotschkul Lake 4300m–Langar Pass 4629m–Chapdarkul Lake 4529m, trekking time 4-5 hrs,10km
• Day 11: Chapdarkul Lake 4529 m–Bachor Pasture 3320m, trekking time 5-6 hrs, 9km
• Day 12: Bachor Pasture–Yashilkul Lake 3750m–Bulunkul Village 3734m, trekking time 6 hrs, 8km
• Day 13: Bulunkul village–Khargush pass 4362m-Lanagar village 2840m, driving time 4-5 hrs, 115km
• Day 14: Langar–Engels Meadow 4000m, trekking time 5-6 hrs, 10km
• Day 15: Engels Meadow–Langar, trekking time, 4-5 hrs, 10 km
• Day 16: Langar village–Yamg village 2650m, driving time 1-2 hrs, 35km
