Food: 3 times hot meals B,L,D. On the trek lunch is served as picnic
Requirements: this trekking requires special physical preparation and the tourist should be prepared to field conditions and weather adversity
Itinerary: Panjakent-Dushanbe–Kalai–Khumb-Khorog–Murghab–Sary-Tash
- Day 01: Samarkand–Corossing border–Panjakent–Seven Lakes, driving time 4-5 hrs, 135km
- Day 02: Seven Lakes, walking 3 hrs, 9 km
- Day 03: Seven Lakes–Dushanbe, driving time 5-6 hrs, 310 km
- Day 04: Dushanbe–Kalai-Khumb, driving time 6-7 hrs, 370km
- Day 05: Kalai–Khumb–Khorog, driving time 6-7 hrs, 240km
- Day 06: Khorog Free day
- Day 07: Khorog-Garm Chashma–Ishkoshim, driving time 3-4 hrs, 110km
- Day 08: Ishkoshim–Hissor, driving time 5-6 hrs, 190km
- Day 9: Hissor-Engels-Medows 4000m, hiking time 6 hrs
- Day 10: Engels-Medows- Hissar, hiking time 6 hrs
- Day 11: Hissar-Murghab, 5-6 hrs, 260km
- Day 12:Murghab-Transfer to the boredr-Sary-Tash village (Kyrgyzstan), driving time 5-6 hrs, 240km .
